Spent some time last week throwing together a first stab at tagging in Tomboy. It released as part of the 0.7.0 development release. While it's a little rough on the edges as far as UI it's at least a start.

Looks awesome!
Feature request: left-click on tag opens search window with all notes containing that tag. Right-click opens context menu with ability to remove tag.
